BHIM SBI Pay (SBI's UPI App) is an innovative payment app that enables customers of any bank to conveniently send or receive money from customers of other banks using a single app. It also allows for services such as recharges, food orders, bill payments, and local deals. You can use BHIM SBI Pay regardless of which bank you have an account with. Simply download "BHIM SBI Pay" and start using it.

To use BHIM SBI Pay, you need to ensure that:

• Your mobile number is linked to your bank accounts
• You have a debit card linked to your account

BHIM SBI Pay allows you to make easy, instant, and secure payments at your convenience, every day of the year.

With BHIM SBI Pay, you can also:

• Recharge: Prepaid, postpaid, and DTH
• • Track all your recharges in one place
  • Receive reminders for postpaid bills
• Order Food from your Favorite Restaurants
• • Compare and use Swiggy, Freshmenu, Faasos, and Behrouz Biryani in one place
  • Browse the menu, add food items to cart, pay from your account, and get food delivered
• Pay Utility Bills: Electricity, gas, broadband, landline, and water bills
• • Fetch your bill using your customer ID or unique identification number
  • Receive reminders for utility bills
  • Pay for over 70 popular bills
• Explore Local Deals
• • Receive notifications of latest deals
  • Get discounts on buffets, spa and salons, weekend activities, and more

BHIM SBI Pay has transaction limits:

• Maximum limit per transaction: Rs.1,00,000/-
• Maximum transaction limit per day: Rs.1,00,000/-

If you are a merchant, you can use BHIM SBI Pay to collect payments from your customers. Simply log in to the app, click on 'I am a Merchant', fill up your business details, and you're ready to go.

You can easily toggle between consumer and merchant modes with BHIM SBI Pay. Simply use the toggle switch from the menu icon at the top left.

You can send or receive money using:

• VPA of the beneficiary
• Account number + IFSC of the beneficiary
• Scanning QR code of the beneficiary

Steps to Send Money:

1. Login to the App and click on 'Pay'
2. Select Debit Account and Payee Address type (VPA or Account and IFSC)
3. Enter other required details
4. Enter UPIN
5. Click Submit

Steps to Receive/Collect Money:

1. Login to the App and click on 'Collect'
2. Enter Payer VPA
3. Enter other required details
4. Click Submit

BHIM SBI Pay also offers a transaction history feature, allowing you to view your latest 20 transactions and transactions done within a specific date range.

You can manage multiple bank accounts on BHIM SBI Pay:

• Select 'My Accounts' option from the menu, select your bank, and add it
• If you have only one bank account, it will be your default account for making and receiving payments on BHIM SBI Pay
• If you have multiple accounts, you can select any of them as your default account by clicking on 'Set as Default' option against the account
• During a 'Pay' transaction, select any debit account by swiping through the accounts displayed on the home screen

You can also create and manage multiple VPAs:

1. To add a VPA, go to the menu at the top right of your app screen, click on 'View Profile'
2. Select 'Add a New VPA' and create your new handle, for example, mobileno@sbi
3. Select the account to link to the new VPA
4. Multiple VPAs can be used for different accounts or one VPA can be linked to different accounts

Steps to Reset PIN:

1. In case you forget the App PIN, choose 'Forgot App PIN' option on the login screen, answer the secret question to reset the App PIN
2. In case you forget the UPIN of the account, reset it by clicking on 'Reset UPI PIN' against that account

If you have any complaints or disputes related to BHIM SBI Pay, you can raise a dispute by following these steps:

1. Login to the App
2. Click on 'View All' in recent transactions
3. Select the transaction and click 'Raise Dispute' button
4. Select dispute type and enter remark
5. Click Submit
